Refund & Return Policy
In accordance with Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki), you have the right to cancel your purchase and return products.
Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return products without giving any reason, as required by Finnish and EU consumer law.
How to Return
Contact us at info@lizartworks.fi within 14 days of receiving your order. Return the product in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. Hygiene-sealed products (e.g., underwear) cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
Defective Products
Under Finnish law, you have the right to claim for defects that appear within a reasonable time. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective product. We will cover return shipping for defective items.
