Shipping Methods
We work with several carriers — including Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord, DB Schenker, and UPS — so you can compare real options and pick what suits you, from parcel lockers and pickup points to home delivery. Which carriers are offered depends on your delivery address.
Delivery Times
Typical estimates: Finland 1–5 business days, other Nordic countries 1–3 business days, the rest of Europe 2–6 business days, and further afield up to 2–3 weeks. The exact delivery time for each carrier option is shown in your cart before you pay, and may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is quoted live based on your exact address, parcel weight, and chosen carrier — you'll see the real price and delivery time for every available option in your cart before you pay, with no surprises at checkout. Orders shipped within Finland totaling €80 or more ship free, automatically applied in your cart. Store pickup in Turku is always free.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide tracking information for all shipments.
